Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
  • We may change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will appear on our site, and your continued use after changes implies acceptance.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
  • Prices shown include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, etc.
  • If there is an error in pricing or product description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen carrier. Most orders arrive within 1 to 6 business days within our shipping area.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over USD 300 (or equivalent) as shown on our site.
  • You are responsible for confirming that your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • For large, heavy, or oversize items, additional handling charges may apply; such charges will be clearly disclosed before you complete the purchase.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may return most items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund.
  • Returns must be authorized by us first via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will waive the restocking fee and may also cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item. It may take up to 4 weeks for the full refund to complete (accounting for transit, processing, and banking delays).
  • Exchanges are allowed only if the replacement item is of equal or greater value; this negates the restocking fee.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Where permitted by law, we limit our liability as follows.
  • We warrant that products you receive will conform to their description.
  • Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our products.
  • Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.

  • You agree that any legal action or dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
